Global Educator, Salon Owner, and  Industry Innovator are some of the many facets highlighting her career as a cosmetologist.  Kimberly’s passion for education began early in her studies as a cosmetology student.  That same passion birthed KINCC, (Kimaura Innovative New Concepts in Cosmetology), where two current subsidiaries exist, Kimaura Salon and KINCC Education Group.

Kimaura Salon focuses on providing healthy hair care services where guests have an individualized salon experience based specifically on their texture, curl pattern and hair care needs. It was founded on the beliefs of not compromising the integrity of the hair.  These beliefs have warranted great success and client retention for over ten years strong. Kimaura Salon takes pride in educating their guests on hair care.

KINCC Education Group’s innovative, methodical approach allows an opportunity to groom, enhance and provide continued education services to salon professionals, platform artists, educators, professionals & licensed instructors.  Kimberly's passion for the beauty industry allows her to create fun, interactive, environments conducive to learning.  She is a motivational speaker to current and aspiring future industry professionals and volunteers at career days for local schools in her area.
